Calling all female slow pokes! Are you frustrated because you don't have a group to run with at your pace. Is everyone else looking at their Garmin and you say, "what's a Garmin"? If you run better than a 10minute mile, this is not for you. This is for woman only. The maximum we will go is 3 miles. We have two new run/walks for you starting May 14 and 15 one which will run weekly, the other the third Wednesday of each month.
Tuesday April 16th from 4:00-8:00pm - Elmhurst. Tackle the hill and test your spring training at the FirstMerit Bank Lakefront 10 Miler on April 20. The course features a few hills to keep you honest. Plus, participants will enjoy an amazing post-race party with free beer, finishers' medals, technical tops to the first 2,500 registrants, cash prizes and age group awards.
