Slow is the new fast! – Elmhurst Only
Calling all female slow pokes! Are you frustrated because you don't have a group to run with at your pace. Is everyone else looking at their Garmin and you say, "what's a Garmin"? If you run better than a 10minute mile, this is not for you. This is for woman only. The maximum we will go is 3 miles. We have two new run/walks for you starting May 14 and 15 one which will run weekly, the other the third Wednesday of each month.

Lakefront 10 Miler Packet Pickup – Elmhurst 4/16 4-8 pm
Tuesday April 16th from 4:00-8:00pm - Elmhurst. Tackle the hill and test your spring training at the FirstMerit Bank Lakefront 10 Miler on April 20. The course features a few hills to keep you honest. Plus, participants will enjoy an amazing post-race party with free beer, finishers' medals, technical tops to the first 2,500 registrants, cash prizes and age group awards. Lakefront 10 is for runners, by runners. Register today!

Spring Training: 4/15 – 6/12
Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm in Elmhurst and La Grange. Whether you want to get into shape, improve your current fitness level, set a personal record, or just lead a healthy lifestyle, our goal is to help you achieve your goals! This program is for ALL fitness levels, from first-time runner through seasoned racer, and for a range of goals, from weight loss to improving race times.
