Join us for an American Heart Association Fun Run. Learn more about AHA and running for a cause. Run with us. Free weekly group run. Pick your pace and your distance. Soul Asylum Runs are held every Monday at 6:30 pm Run/walk 3, 5 or 7 miles. Afterwards, enjoy food and drink specials at our partner Wild Monk, 88 S. La Grange Rd. All paces and experience levels are welcome!

We are very excited to announce our new partnerships for our weekly runs. Soul Asylum Runs are held every week at 6:30 pm - Mondays in LaGrange, Thursdays in Elmhurst. Run/Walk departs from the store. Pick your pace, pick your distance. Run/walk 3, 5 or 7 miles. Afterwards, enjoy food and drink specials at our Partner Restaurant/Bar - Fitz's Spare Keys in Elmhurst and Wild Monk in LaGrange. All paces and experience levels are welcome!
