Newton Natural Running Form Symposium 3/4/11
Wow what a great symposium. It was our pleasure to have Ian Adamson, Director of Research and Education with Newton to a packed house. Ian is a world renowned endurance athlete, event director, published author and motivational speaker. He has a Masters in Sports Medicine, and a degree in Biomechanical Engineering. From 1996 to 2006, he was a professional athlete, with impressive results: seven-time Adventure Racing World Champion, three-times world record holder in canoe-endurance (421 Km in 24 hours) and was the fastest master athlete in Badwater Ultramarathon 2010 217 Km – considered the “world’s toughest Marathon”. As an iconic adventure athlete, Ian is dedicated to educating and motivating people in their quest to master skills in their professional, personal, athletic and family lives.
