This program is for ALL fitness levels, from first-time runner through seasoned racer, and for a range of goals, from weight loss to improving race times.

Rock N Roll Chicago Half Marathon Training April – July 2012
A personalized program with training geared to your goal race pace. Workouts consist of easy runs, tempo runs and steady-state effort runs. You’ll do the longest run of the week with others at your pace. This is a fun way to join others as you prepare for a half marathon.

Beginner Running April – June 2012
Whether you want to get into shape, improve your current fitness level, set a personal record, or just lead a healthy lifestyle, our goal is to help you achieve your goals! The training is designed to get you to the point where you can run 30-45 minutes (a 5K distance - 3 miles) at a comfortable, relaxed pace. It's a simple, progressive program that begins with more walking than running, and gradually evolves into more running than walking.

Winter Running January-April 2012
Spend the winter staying fit, so when spring comes, you are READY TO GO! We'll keep you focused and get you through another Chicago winter healthier, faster and better than ever! This program is for walkers AND runners, exercise beginners and exercise fiends. We want you to stay active this winter! No need to whine about the weather!
